Dr. Maria Malott has served as Executive Director and Secretary Treasurer of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and Secretary-Treasurer of the Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis (SABA) since 1993. She is an adjunct faculty member in five universities and has collaborated with 33 universities around the world. She has presented over 150 papers and nearly 50 workshops in 16 countries throughout North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
Dr. Malott worked in process improvement and organizational management for nearly two decades in a variety of industries, including service, manufacturing, retail, education and government. She has done organizational management work in public administration and the private sector and for educational systems in several Latin-American countries, including Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, and Venezuela.
