ABAI® publishes three scholarly journals, The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, The Behavior Analyst, and Behavior Analysis in Practice, the production of which is overseen by the Publication Board.
The Behavior Analyst
The Behavior Analyst, ABAI’s official publication, is published twice annually. In addition to articles on theoretical, experimental, and applied topics in behavior analysis, this journal includes literature reviews, re-interpretations of published data, and articles on behaviorism as a philosophy.

The Analysis of Verbal Behavior
The annual issue of The Analysis of Verbal Behavior is for the original publication of experimental or theoretical papers relevant to a behavioral analysis of verbal behavior. Topics include: elementary verbal operants, multiple control, rule-governed behavior, epistemology, language acquisition, pedagogy, verbal behavior research methodology, and others.

Behavior Analysis in Practice
BAP's mission is to promote empirically validated best practices in an accessible format that describes not only what works, but also the challenges of implementation in practical settings. Types of articles and topics published will include empirical reports describing the application and evaluation of behavior-analytic procedures and programs; discussion papers on professional and practice issues; technical articles on methods, data analysis, or instrumentation in the practice of behavior analysis; tutorials on terms, procedures, and theories relevant to best practices in behavior analysis; and critical reviews of books and products that are aimed at practitioners or consumers of behavior analysis.

Inside Behavior Analysis
Inside Behavior Analysis is ABAI's thrice-annual newsletter, and typically features updates from the ABAI leadership, a focused topic of interest to the membership, upcoming events, and updates from chapters, SIGs, and other behavioral organizations. Newsletters are posted on the web here.
