More than 4,300 behavior analysts from around the world attend the ABAI annual convention. Convention attendees are primarily professors, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, teachers, parents, and consultants in the field of behavior analysis. Please review the following information to determine if exhibiting would benefit your organization. Exhibitor Information and Forms

ABAI offers exhibit space to both commercial and non-profit agencies. Single booths are 10 ft. x 10 ft. and double booths are 20 ft. x 10 ft. The rental fee for exhibit space includes:
- 8-ft high background drape
- 3-ft high side drape
- One (1) two-line identification sign highlighting the organization's name
- One (1) draped 6-ft table (black tablecloth)
- Two (2) side chairs
- One (1) wastebasket
- Carpet for booth
- Convention registration for two organization representatives
- Organization name and exhibit description printed in the 2009 ABAI Program (for contracts received by January 30th, 2009) and posted on the ABA InternationalTM Web site.
Exhibitor Schedule:
In order to qualify for exhibitor space at the convention, exhibitors must have their booths open and staffed during all exhibitor hours. Please review the Terms and Conditions for details.
- Thursday, May 21st 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Set-Up
- Friday, May 22nd 11:00 am – 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm Open
- Saturday, May 23rd 10:00 am – 12:00 pm & 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Open
- Sunday, May 24th 11:30 am – 1:30 pm & 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Open
- Monday, May 25th 11:30 am – 1:30 pm & 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Open
- Tuesday, May 26th 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Open
- 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Tear-Down
Pricing
All exhibit booth rentals require a $150 refundable security deposit, to be returned within 30 days of completion of the convention according to the Exhibit Terms and Conditions.
- Single Exhibit Space $1,000 + $150 refundable security deposit
- Double Exhibit Space $1,600 + $150 refundable security deposit
- Exhibit Space for businesses with fewer than 10 employees $700 + $150 refundable security deposit
- Exhibit Space packages with advertising in ABA International publications are available.
