Objective
To develop, improve, and disseminate best practices in the implementation of the directions of the Executive Council, maintenance of financial integrity, and management all administrative processes of the organization.
Measures
- Financial measures: balanced budget, net worth (assets-liabilities), investment performance, and amounts of funds in reserve.
- Administrative measures: payroll as a percent of total expenses and assessment of infrastructure (process, technical, staff).
- Objectives met.
