Mission/Objectives

Spread the knowledge of behavior analysis to professionals and parents in Taiwan, and commit to the practical use of ABA principles in the education and treatment of children and other individuals with disabilities.

Description of Membership

The members in Taiwan include all kinds of professionals, parents, and students.

Annual or Recurring Events

The chapter holds an international conference on ABA and provides beginning, intermediate, and advanced training programs for parents and professionals.

Newsletters/Publications

At least one issue of the TABA Journal will be published this year.

Specifically of Interest to Behavior Analysts

Behavior analysis has been recognized as the most powerful and useful intervention for remediating and establishing behaviors and skills for all kinds of populations, especially for those with disabilities. This chapter was created in 2005 to further the science of applied behavior analysis and its practice in education, intervention centers, and training institutes in Taiwan.
