Mission/Objectives

The mission of the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis (OH ABA) is to support the growth and dissemination of applied behavior analysis in the public and private sectors, with special emphasis on application in educational settings. Objectives include providing professional development support in the form of a yearly conference; supporting the BCBA certification process for professionals, especially those in Ohio; and providing an informational website as a portal to businesses, schools, and clinics, legislative and advocacy updates, and other pertinent information relevant to those who have an interest in applied behavior analysis.

Description of Membership

Faculty, students, parents, clinicians, teachers, administrators, and anyone interested in ABA.

Recurring Annual Events

Mini-conference in autumn; member meeting at the annual conference of ABAI.

Specifically of Interest to Behavior Analysts

This chapter supports the dissemination of information related to applied behavior analysis.
